What Happened at AAA Expo (and Why It Matters for IAAPA)

At AAA Expo in Guangzhou this past May, we showcased our QR Scan & Go payment solution to operators and machine manufacturers from all over the world. The response caught us off guard.

What surprised us most was the reaction from US operators. Many of them had always assumed that cashless payment means putting a card reader on the machine. When they saw QR Scan & Go for the first time, the response was almost always the same: why didn't I know about this before?

Customers scan a QR code with their phone camera, pick their payment method, pay, done. No card reader needed. No app download. No registration. That simplicity, combined with the low cost of our Tribox device, turned a lot of "just browsing" visitors into serious conversations.

What You'll See at Booth W2750

We're bringing our full product lineup to Orlando, along with a live demo machine so you can experience the payment flow firsthand. No slides, no brochures. Just scan, pay, vend.

Tribox is our QR Scan & Go device. A small IoT unit that installs inside the machine, paired with a branded QR sticker on the outside (the sticker design can be customized to match your branding). Customers scan with their phone and choose from Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or card. All on one checkout page. It works with arcade games, claw machines, kiddie rides, redemption games, capsule toy machines, and more. It also has a prize detection feature that notifies operators through our platform when a prize has been dispensed. This was one of the most talked-about features at AAA Expo.

Tri20 is a compact terminal with a built-in screen for displaying dynamic QR codes and operator branding. Good for machines where you want something visible on the surface.

Tri-Lux is our full EMV card reader with a large touchscreen. For operators who want traditional card present transactions alongside QR.

All three connect to Orbit Hub, our cloud management platform. Sales reports, live transaction monitoring, payment method configuration, prize detection alerts, marketing tools, all in one dashboard.
