These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where mandatory local law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
